Dr. Russell Campanella
attended St John Fisher College and I majored in Sport Science and Biology. I received a doctorate degree from New York Chiropractic College in Seneca Falls, NY. I have extensive experience in personal training, physical rehabilitation, spinal decompression therapy , and nutrition. I specialize in sports injuries, headaches and back pain, and treatment of herniated discs; I have advanced training in flexion/distraction therapy. I work with all age ranges, kids to adults, and have extensive experience working with athletes of all types.
My care consists of soft tissue massage to compliment my diverse chiropractic technique, and I allow you to help yourself by educating you on strength and rehabilitation exercises. My goal for you is to help guide you to achieve optimal health and optimal performance in all you do in life.
