		<description>The SI joint is the problem.  You need to do strengthening exercises to make the muscles stronger so the SI joint doesn&#039;t go out of place.  Does the pain run across your hip &amp; down the outside of your thigh?

Do a search for lower back exercises.  A chiropractor can help &amp; also if they are a good one, can give you exercises to do. 

Also, physical therapy, that helped me alot &amp; they also give you so many exercises you can use all your life to keep your back in good shape.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
